		<description>I can assure you we have a lot more than 1 tech support person !!! 

I appreciate your issue though - that's unacceptable downtime without communication. We had an issue with one of our shared hosting servers and it was being worked before any tickets were answered. 

I look after the hosting365status.com page, so during normal business hours I would've posted something about it there - lesson learn't to train a few out-of-hours staff on using it!</description>
