Hey Mark,

1.5 went well, we now have full Bulk Register functions, as well as smoother functions for checking out with multiple services / products.

Hi Stephen,

The new system does not have a bulk registration solution or an option to press a renew button beside your due for renewal domains when logged into your account.
This makes the process of registering new domains and renewing existing domains a very long winded process because you have to go through the whole purchase process for each and every one.

The current system is ok if you only have a hand full of domains but is now a seriously time consuming process for anyone with large amount's of domains.

Thanks for the feedback Robert, we have had issues keeping the ticket system in sync with the other databases and are reviewing our options at the moment. you can of course log issues via the website, livechat or email also.

Correct me if I'm wrong but isnt your H-Sphere login details supposed to work on connect365.ie, your support ticket system. Since myself ( and 2 of my new clients) have signed up to these new plans we cant login to submit new tickets.

Your Live Chat said this was a bug and to email you through a link they sent me, I emailed you only to be advised 3 times that my H-shpere login is fine ?? you even sent me my password details. The ticket was for connect365 not my Hosting panel login. My client emailed you and was told that his login and password are just his email address and to use that.

This post is not meant as a snipe/criticism, I recommend all my clients to you for hosting and will continue to do so but I think you need to look at your ticket support as getting 3 different stories is not what I expect when looking for a resolution to my problem ( thats still unresolved )

Just to add a big thanks to Aidan for seamlessly migrating my own hosting plan to the new system and best of luck with the new website :)

Existing customers can now be moved to the new features and pricing, altho the billing integration is not yet complete. Simply submit a ticket to support to have the change made.

We will be automatically moving customers over the next few months, as renewals, etc, arrive.

The billing info part of the contacts form is set up to require a zip code which is preventing me correcting my address.

I'm with Robert ... It's great to release new options for new customers, but what about those who've been around for a while now? Fees seem much cheaper on the new reg365 hosting, but to avail of it I have to close my existing account, open new one (with same company from my POV), and transfer web site ... would an interim "solution" be to at least offer the new rate for the older hosting365 users on renewals?

Perhaps (probably!) I don't fully appreciate the finer details, but that's how it looks to me ...

???

Colm.
PS I have a ticket logged.

Nicely done,
